The Ouray Silver Mine project (Longitude 107.750 deg. W / Latitude 37.974 deg. N) is located approximately 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray, Colorado, where the Company has its primary office and storage facilities. Operation is year-round. Given its proximity to Ouray, Ridgway, Montrose (the Montrose airport is 36 miles to the north) and other local communities, there is no need for camps or fly-in/fly-out arrangements.

The property consists of 110 patented mining claims (812 net acres) and 39 unpatented claims (343 acres.)  The mine portal faces northwest, and is at an elevation of 10,660 feet.

The surface footprint of the site is minimal and the mill equipment is located underground. A bio-reactive leach field was recently installed for passive treatment of mine water discharge, eliminating the long term need for a costly mechanical water treatment solution.
